1. About these terms
TwoHugs is operated by Ivan Kupriienko. By using TwoHugs, you agree to these service terms. Your license to the iOS application is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms supplement that license and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Your account and shared space
Each person signs in with their own Apple account. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure and for sharing invitations only with the person you intend to connect with. TwoHugs supports one linked partner at a time.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or consent requirements that apply where you live. Do not impersonate another person or connect to an account without their permission.
One active subscription gives access to the subscriber and their currently linked partner. The purchase belongs to the purchaser's Apple account. Disconnecting a pair creates separate spaces; the old space is not automatically shared with a new partner.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
TwoHugs offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. The applicable price, currency, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Apple processes and confirms the purchase.
A 7-day free trial may be available on the eligible yearly option. Eligibility depends on Apple's rules and your account's previous access. When a trial ends, the displayed subscription price is charged unless you cancel in time. The monthly option and the returning yearly option do not include a trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. For a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want to continue. Apple's purchase screen and subscription settings show the terms that apply to your purchase.
Removing the app, disconnecting your pair, or deleting your TwoHugs account does not cancel an Apple subscription. The purchaser must manage it through Apple.
Manage or cancel your subscription · Request a refund from Apple
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. Your partner does not need to buy a second subscription while covered by yours. Access depends on verified subscription status; it may change after expiry, a refund, or leaving a pair. Restore purchases is available in the app.
4. Your content and respectful use
You keep your rights to the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display your content to you and your linked partner and to operate the features you choose. This permission does not let us sell your personal content for advertising.
Share only content you have the right to share. Do not use TwoHugs for harassment, threats, exploitation, unlawful content, non-consensual intimate material, or attempts to access someone else's data. Do not interfere with the service, manipulate game results or coin balances, or bypass access controls.
Participation in questions, secrets, photos, and partner coupons is voluntary. Do not pressure anyone to disclose private information or perform an activity. Do not upload passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or information you are not comfortable sharing. A partner can keep screenshots or other copies outside TwoHugs.
If content or behaviour concerns you, disconnect the pair in Settings and contact brokenarrovv@proton.me. We may investigate and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users, or comply with law. TwoHugs is not an emergency service.
5. Games, coins, and partner coupons
Coins are virtual, personal to your account, and usable only for supported activities inside TwoHugs. They are not money, cannot be cashed out, and have no promised monetary value. Game names and rewards do not represent cash prizes or investment opportunities.
Rewards, costs, eligibility, daily limits, and partner-confirmation requirements are shown in the app. We may adjust these features as the service develops. Partner coupons are personal promises between the people in a pair, not vouchers issued or guaranteed by TwoHugs. A partner may decline an activity. Fortune cookies and the magic ball are entertainment, not factual predictions or professional advice.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep TwoHugs working reliably, but network failures, provider outages, maintenance, and software updates can affect availability. Widgets and notifications also depend on iOS and its background-refresh rules. Keep an independent copy of anything irreplaceable.
Features may change over time. We will provide notice or remedies where required by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from using an activity.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using TwoHugs, disconnect your pair, and initiate account deletion from Settings. The account deletion guide explains the process and the separate step of cancelling your Apple subscription. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for a serious breach of these terms, security, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, contact us to discuss or challenge an action.
8. Changes, rights, and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version, and we will provide any notice or consent process required by law for material changes. Mandatory protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to Ivan Kupriienko at brokenarrovv@proton.me.
